- Booking confirmation: The booking is confirmed only after payment is completed. You will receive an email confirmation with the tour details.
- Booking changes: Any change requests (date, time, participants) must be sent by email at least 7 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
- Customer responsibility: The customer must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in booking cancellation without a refund.
- Participation conditions:
Participants must be physically able to carry out the activity and follow the guide's instructions during the tour. Participation is not permitted for people with heart conditions or other medical issues that could compromise their safety during the activity. If in doubt, please consult a doctor before booking.
Participation in the tour under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that may impair mental clarity or motor skills is also prohibited. The guide reserves the right to exclude from the tour, without refund, anyone who exhibits behaviour deemed dangerous or unsuitable for carrying out the activity safely. - Insurance and liability:
Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour and must follow all instructions provided by the guide.
Our business is covered by civil liability insurance. However, participants are encouraged to take out personal insurance that covers any injuries or material damage.
We decline all liability for damage or injury resulting from negligence or failure to follow the rules by the participant. - Extraordinary events: If the tour cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, or other situations beyond our control), a rescheduling of the tour or a full refund will be offered.
- Payment system and booking confirmation: Payments are handled via Stripe, a secure and certified system. All amounts are expressed in euros.
To ensure secure and transparent transaction management, we use Stripe with the Payment Intents mode. This means that, at the time of booking, a temporary authorization of the amount will be placed on the credit card provided by the customer. However, the payment will actually be charged only after our confirmation of tour availability.
Booking confirmation may take from a few hours up to a maximum of 48 hours, depending on request volume or the need to verify availability. You will receive an email notification once the booking is confirmed and the payment is charged.
If the tour is not available or cannot be confirmed, the temporary authorization will be removed and no amount will be charged.
Note: The booking is considered valid and final only after receipt of the email confirmation. Until then, a place on the tour is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Terms
Refund and penalty policies vary depending on when the booking is canceled:
- Up to 30 days before the tour date: Full refund or conversion of the amount into a voucher usable for another tour during 2025.
- Up to 7 days before the tour date: Refund equal to 50% of the amount paid or conversion into a voucher usable for another tour during 2025.
- From 6 days before the tour date up to the same day: No refund. A penalty equal to the full amount paid will be applied.
- Bookings made within 2 days of the tour date: No refund is provided in case of cancellation, regardless of when it is communicated.
Note: Issued vouchers are non-transferable and can be used only within the indicated period. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
