What should I bring?

Bike clothes or comfortable clothes. Bring a light rain jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen (especially if you have sensitive skin).  Helmets are mandatory, if you don’t have one we can rent it (helmet is always included if you rent a bike).

Are tours too much challenging?

You can find a tour description with  level of difficulty and further info in each tour page. If you have further questions contact us by mail or by phone.

How long do they last?

The tours can last half-day or a full day. The half-day one takes about 3-4 hours; the day tour is about 6 hours (including tastings or meals where provided).

Can I bring my own bike? Is it suitable for these tours?

You can bring any kind of bicycle if it is in perfect mechanical conditions and It ensures you a safe ride.

In the tour section you can find in description which type of bike is best suited for the proposed route (city bike, mountain bike, ebike). 

And if I don’t have a bike?

You can rent one . We can take care of booking or we can suggest you a good bike rental if you prefer, also if you need only additional equipment (helmet or child seat).

And if I get a flat tire?

The tour leader will repair flat tires and mid-ride breakdowns.

Is the helmet  mandatory?

In Italy helmet is mandatory up to 12 years of age. To join our tours, helmets are mandatory also for adults. The helmet is always provided if you rent a bicycle, if you refuse to wear it, the guide may decide not to admit you to the tour.

Are tours suitable for children?

Children are welcome to our tours. Check tours descriptions to see which ones are suitable for them.

Where is the meeting point?

The starting point for the excursions is specified in the itinerary description. However, we can agree on a starting point that is best for you if you contact us with a few days notice.
